Experience and Qualifications 

- MBA from a reputed institute
- 7+ years sales experience in an enterprise software firm 
- Should have concept selling skills and ability to engage with multiple customer stake holders 
- Self- starter who can work independently and is comfortable in a techno-commercial role 
- High result orientation with single minded focus to achieve sales results
- Proven track record of consistent, year-over-year revenue sales success versus peers.
- Flexibility in work hours that could be driven by customer expectations
- Ability to work from home office 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

- Market mapping to initially focus on signing up innovators & early adopters and leveraging them for further penetrating the market 
- Developing a pipeline of qualified leads through references & local sales initiatives
- Managing the sales cycle from initial contact through to close of the sale and update CRM system for tracking
- Making effective presentations and product demonstration to clients based on their needs and requirements while taking a solutions/consultative selling approach
- Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets separately for Practice management, Add-on modules and Online content
- Execute local marketing initiatives by collaborating with study circles, other trade bodies and the marketing team 
- Achieve metrics related to: Demos/proposals/closures per week, participation in study circle events & references per customer
- Demonstrate excellence in sales operations - account mapping, sales forecasting and reporting
- Identify & appoint channel partners for selling & implementing Ifirm to tier 3 firms
- Collaborate with implementation/support team to ensure customer usage & satisfaction
- Staying current on the product features, new releases and industry trends. 
- Assists the senior leadership team in providing a strong customer focus
- Develops and executes effective sales plans that support all activities necessary to achieve superior Key Account management.
