We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Zonal Sales Manager to help us expand our Business in different zones in country. You will be the Lead Representative of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales & Marketing strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales & Marketing and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Handling a team of more than 50 responsible for the effective functioning of branches
- Branch administration, distribution, channel management in multi channel environment,
- Dealer and distributor management, local marketing activities
- Directly responsible to deliver sales growth as per the organization’s objectives
- Handle large turnover and therefore commercial skills and business acumen of high level is required
Requirements
- B.Com, BMS, MBA with 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in Sales and distribution of Consumer durables or Logistics, Leather Industries in a national level company out of which minimum 3 years as Area sales manager and 2-3 years as Branch sales manager/regional sales manager is must.
- Should have handled a turnover in excess of 100 crores with and a team of 50 people
- Should have excellent man management skills with an ability to manage and motivate professionals.
- Candidates from FMCG / Retail / F&B / Leather Industry will be preferred
