Responsible for the success of the Bigbasket Vending machines for a particular cluster  He will be responsible for 25-50 machine locations in the cluster located in apartments /corporates   Need to ensure following Metrics – Sales, Assortment, OOS%, write off, Stock Variance, On Time Refilling, %Customer Complaints, Customer retention, Audit Scores   Need to visit the machines at least once a week and ensure all processes are followed strictly.   Qualifications: -  E-retail, Food, E-commerce experience preferred  Should have managed Stores sales &amp; Operations for 25L+  Should have a maniacal focus on customer experience.
