We need to inform the candidate needs to work on Zoho products like the CRM, Desk, Books, Expense, Inventory, etc, and may on some other products/software as well as Odoo, Zendesk, Pipedrive, vTiger, etc as per the customer’s need.
Duties and Responsibilities
As soon as any project is assigned to one needs to schedule the internal meeting with the RM and Salesperson/consultant to discuss and understand the scope.
One needs to check whether the work mentioned in the scope are feasible to develop or not.
One will be responsible to give the Timeline of each task along with the deadline of the project/task.
Responsible for delivering the project on a given timeline.
Keep track of the assigned task and follow up on the ticket.
API creation and deployment
Ensure customer satisfaction
Need to initiate the weekly call with the customer to share the updates.
Sharing the update with the reporting manager on a daily basis.
Need to coordinate with the client, vendors, different teams.
Leading client meetings (online & offline)
Must be open to travel.
