Wood Spray Painter

Job Description:

• Sanding wood manually and through the machine.
• Applying coatings such as paint, plastic, varnish, or some other type of coating solution to various products, such as furniture.
• Preparing surfaces using metal, wood, or plastic part to sand or ground surface.
• Correcting imperfections or roughen surface.
• Carefully cleaning product to remove dust and dirt.
• Covering portions of product with tape and paper.
• Spraying products with paint or coating solutions.
• Filling the machine's tanks with a mixture of paints or chemicals, adding prescribed amounts of solution.
• Adjusting nozzles on the spray guns to obtain the proper dispersion of the spray.
• Holding and positioning the guns to direct the spray onto the article.
• Checking the flow and viscosity of the paint or solution.
• Checking product for flaws, bubbles, or imperfections.
• Regulating the temperature and air circulation in drying ovens.
• Maintaining the equipment.
