We have an opening for the position of Business Development Executive for our recruitment firm in Chembur.
Job Description:
· Will be responsible for Client Acquisition and Lead Generation.
· Responsible for client engagement and key account management.
· Responsible for getting new business with existing relationships as well as penetrating the accounts and adding new business.
· Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and new clients.
· Preparation and execution of business plan and developing strategies to up-sell and cross-sell in the clientele.
· Accountable for client identification, client development, & interaction for promoting business and providing manpower services to all categories in junior/middle/senior levels.
· Meeting clients and understanding their business and objectives.
· Responsible for timely updation of analytics and communication to reporting .
Desired Skills :
· Proficiency in client identification, client development, & managing the existing relationships.
· Excellent communication skills with pleasing personality Excellent communication skills: Both verbal and written.
· Good listening skills.
· Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
· Good presentation skills, must be able to make & deliver presentations.
Working Days : 6 Days Sunday Fixed Off
Job Nature : Full Time.
Job Timing : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
