Role and Responsibilities
To monitor incoming team for all incoming activities to ensure that Receiving/put away happening on time as per the process.
Monitoring dispatch team for Local & Upcountry dispatches/deliveries.
To ensure that Inventory checking is done by inventory team every day as per the given process and time line.
To ensure that all service returns are taken on time
To make sure that all reports are sent as per the given timeline.
Ability to manage processes & team members effectively
Detail-oriented & Deadline-oriented
Creating shipping documentation for carriers and customs.
Managing a large team through several supervisors.
Making sure products are picked and stacked to the highest standards.
Organising the moving and storage of boxes and pallets.
Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
Planning and forecasting the capacity of a shift.
Ensuring that delivery vehicles are unloaded and loaded safely.
Driving continuous improvement plans to meet productivity targets.
Deputising for Operations Manager when required.
Creating a positive, pro-active and team-based culture.
