Attend customer’s calls and assist them in resolving issues regarding the product/service
Responsible for dealing with international customers, prior experience in customer service industry will be added advantage.
Must be able to work in an enviroment that requires some amount of phone - based customer interaction
Excellent communication in English
Night Shift ( from 8:00 pm to 5:00 am )
