Job Summary
Looking for experts from Immigration Industry as Visa Officer. For this, we need a person with excellent people skills, work accuracy, sound hard skills (Tour / Travel Visa Processing) and ability to work under deadlines while managing the office affairs efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Would be responsible for filing & processing of Visas cases.
- Coordination with Clients & embassies, Visa Facilitation Services and High commission.
- Must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, while preparing and checking all legal documents.
- Be responsible for all aspects and stages of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service.
- Must work experience in Case Filing, Lodging Visa Application, Tracking the progress & process of Visas for different countries.
- Provide team with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties. Supervise the team and help them to excel to their best.
- Capable of preparing MIS reports as required by Management & doing proper follow ups.
- Maintain a healthy co-ordination between customer & various departments of the organization.

- Effective convincing and selling skill.
- Up-to date knowledge of any changes to legislation.
- Complete understanding of passport and visa applications and their renewals.
- Good IT skills along with proper follow ups etiquette & Report with proper MIS.

- Must have sound knowledge in the areas of documentation and Visa filing.
- Ability to perform under pressure, strict time-lines and targets.
