1. Responsible for identifying, posting, sourcing and hiring experienced professionals for our client's requirements across USA.
2. Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
3. Creative to identify avenues to search candidates and keep active database ready for client requirements.
4. Identifying the candidate's knowledge over the skill set required, ensuring availability and willingness to take up the job.
Skills:
1. IT Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience in full lifecycle Recruitment.
2. US Recruitment experience is a must.
3. Proficient with US VISA types, US US Tax Terms like W2, C2C & 1099
4. Excellent communication skills
