1. To understand customer requirement based on inquiry and prepare drawing.
2. Drawing reading given by the customer for production process.
3. Solve all queries / doubts by making technical discussion with customer.
4. If required, Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems.
5. To calculate costing based on inquiry, prepare Quotation and send to Sales Co-ordinator.
6. Co-ordinate with Sales Coordinator and production department untill Sales Order get dispatched on pri-fixed timeframe.
7. To make bending drawing
8. To make continues development on sheet metal.
9. To Prepare laser cutting drawing file (.dxf) for laser cutting programme.
10. To provide all essential data for costing output.
11. To create Bills of Material(BOM).
12. To do necessary filling work.
13. Assist to designer & HOD for projects & development on drawing.
