Dhaslee Technologies is looking for young, energetic and smart working HR Generalist with 2+ year’s rich experience in complete generalist activities.
· Must have minimum 2 yrs experience in HR Generalist activities which includes pre recruitment and post recruitment.
· Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing best talent to the company within set timelines.
· Must have good knowledge and experience in complete recruitment cycle which includes sourcing, screening, short listing, scheduling and conducting interview, salary negotiation, on boarding, induction training, payroll, performance management and appraisal, attendance, employee grievance, exit interview etc.
· Responsible for End to End recruitment.
· Optimal use of different sources like job-portals, networking, cold-calling, Headhunting etc.
· Candidate should have good communication skills with positive attitude.
· Should be target oriented and have the ability to handle various tasks.
· Should have the ability to work in a team and individual.
· Must be smart and dedicated in work.
