Position: Sales Manager/Sr.Sales Manager (Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance)
Experience: 2yrs to 10 years
Salary Package: 5 lakh to 11 lakh ctc yearly plus Monthly , Quarterly Incentive & Yearly Bonus
Work Location:- Vasai Virar / Mira Road/ Dahiser/ Borivali / Thane / Mumbai / Navi Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
* Ability to manage all the parameters of the business.
* Recruitment.
* Advisor Business Activation.
* Insurance Premium Collection.
* Ensure that the Insurance Advisors are engaged, motivated and productive by forging a strong relationship.
* Ensure that Agents are constantly inducted, activated and productive.
* Drive the incentive schemes to ensure that the agents income exceed benchmark.
* To achieve product wise monthly business targets
* Understand the Agents business in depth and seek opportunities for business development
* Goal setting of all Insurance Agents / Advisors in their team.
* Regular and periodic review, monitoring and mentoring of all the Relationship they are managing to ensure that they are on track to achieve their goals.
* Regular Field observation and Demonstration with the agency force.
* Regularly visit there agents in there home and offices.
