Job description

* Key Job Roles & KPI's

Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped to him.

Acquiring new agents on a regular basis. Licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.

Handling all the retail products across the portfolio including health, property, and motor.

Maintaining relationships with the agents.

To solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with the agents.

To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.

Education:

Graduation - fulltime graduates are mandatory. ( Part time & correspondence are not considered )

Post Graduation or Master degree as a correspondence or Part time can be considered.

For correspondence/ part time education if the below criteria are fulfilled:

The candidate has more than 3 yrs of experience in GI/LI (no other Industry)

He/she is rated 1,2 or 3 in the current Company (Appraisal letter is mandatory)
