* Achieving assigned PMS through a team of field officers (in selective regions) and through the various verticals assigned by the BM.
* Handling all the retail products from health, property to motor.
* To achieve product-wise volume and value targets.
* To solve problems/issues and develop a strong relationship with the channel.
* To meet dealers, agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries, direct customers(for CE) as per journey plan.
