Responsibilities and Duties
Selected Candidates day to day responsibilities will be :
Cover retail shops on a daily basis, as per PJP and beat plan
Placing all the SKU in the right quantity in the retail stores
Ensure visibility of the products at the stores
Ensure FIFO/FMFO at the stores
Launching & placing new products as per the company guidelines
Maintain relationship with retailers
Solving queries of the retailers regarding schemes and returns/expiry etc.
Doing competitive analysis
Expanding the retailers base
Increasing the visibility by merchandising
Any Graduate’s or Post-graduates
Fresher's can also apply
Male / Female candidates
Ability to communicate in Hindi, local language and English (preferably)

Our purpose behind this trainee position is to absorb a good long term talent those who wanted to pursue their careers into FMCG industry and preferable the candidates who wanted to start their earnings immediately ( Needy Candidate)

Offerings:
A fixed Stipend will be paid for 3 months ( 10-12k per month)
A travel Allowance which will be Rs.150/- Per day ( for 26 working days)
An incentive will also be applicable based on targets achievement.
It’s a full time job of 8-8.5 hours per day.
