1. Minimum 1 year of Title Search Experience
2. Knowledge of Title applications like Data Trace, Data Tree, Title Point and Netronline
3. Summarising recorded documents such as Mortgages, Deeds, Agreement, Deed of Trust and associated documents, Tax bills
4. Knowledge of property index, general index, liens, and encumbrances and all the basics of title process
5. Should have worked in Title search both Full Search and Current Owner Search
