Plan A:

Commission Based:

• Free working hours ( minimum 4 working hours )
• Break Time: 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM
• 6 months, probation period
• Payment within 15 days and according to work submitted
• Turnover based work

*Terms and Conditions of Work:

• We provide you training for work, the payable amount of education is refundable after the 1^st month at least 2 product sell
• Flat 2500 of commission as per product
• If you interested in the flexible timing of 4 hours so you have to sell one product.
• Sell 1 product per day & get food coupon of worth 500.
• If you sell 10 or above products per month, the commission would be 35k.

Salary Based:

Work Timing: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM

*Terms and Conditions of Work:

• We provide you training for work, the payable amount of education is refundable after the 1^st month at least 2 product sell
• If you are hired on the package of 7,000 to 10,000 & you don’t sell a product as per your designated goal, then 20 to 25% salary would be ‘in-hold’ in 1^st month.
• In the packages of 15,000 to 20,000, 1^st two months of work you have to sell a minimum of 2 products as per company working rules.
• If you hire on the package of 15,000 to 20,000 & if you don’t sell a product as per your decided goals the 30 to 35% salary would behold in 1^st month.
• After 2 months the minimum turnovers would be removed & recommended goal would come in place of the minimum goal.
• The salary should be held for a given grace period of 7 days.
• If you sell 15 products as per the above of recommended goal, the commission would be 3,500. 
• Sell 1 product per day & get food coupon of worth 500.
• If you sell the recommended number of product per month + 1 above you would get 2500 commission extra.
