Job Summary
- Answer any and all queries related to our services in a manner that instils confidencr and encourages a customer to transact with us.
- Learn the workings of the service, explaining the same to the customers and answering all queries related to them.
- Adapt to new customer situations and anticipating new kinds of queries is essential while we as a company understand our customers better.
- You will also be an integral part of our launch team and will be expected to share any feedback that customers may have towards improving our services.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Contact customers who have applied for our services and take them through the application process
- Explain the security protocols followed by our company to help customers overcome any and all apprehensions
- Acquire new customers through leads and cold calls
- Follow-up regularly on open leads to ensure lead conversion
- Work closely with the operations team to provide a great service for our customers
- Follow-up for interest collection and NPA reduction
- Keep track of customer database and record feedback
- Provide email and SMS support to customers
- Ensure that the customer receives the highest standard of service
- Improve client retention through great customer service
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Convincing Power
- 12th Pass Candidates are applicable
- Kannada is compulsory
- Candidate should have Min 1 year exp in Telesales or Voice Process.
