2. Cold calling clients to sell products.
3. Maintain records of customers with names, addresses, and purchases; referring orders for filling.
4. Secures information by completing data base backups.
5. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
6. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
8. Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
9. Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.
