Job Responsibilities and Duties
➢ Daily follow-up with customers for EMI Payments.
➢ Day to Day calling to customers for collection updates.
➢ Must have experience in tele-collection process.
➢ Maintain MIS in excel of daily calling report.
➢ Achieving target assigned by Operation on day to day basis.
Professional Skills:
Good communication and Basic Banking knowledge are preferred.
