Duties and Responsibilities -
+Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential customers +Sharing information about company/product/organization to Users +Meeting all quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls +Meeting or exceeding targeted goals +Answering potential customer questions and follow-up calls +Closing sales and leading customer through the process +Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and providing appropriate support +Maintaining record of calls and details through CRM +Collecting and updating call information +Engaging customer during the phone call +Answering customer complaints and doubts with solid accurate information +Assisting other team members as to when needed
Requirements and Qualifications -
+Candidates should be very fluent in English & Hindi. +Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all-day +Excellent verbal communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers +Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently +In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry +Customer focused to gain revenue +Responsive to customer issues +Able to work in a fast-paced environment +Previous cold calling experience in an outbound call center or related experience preferred +Should be able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with potential customers +Able to professionally and confidently communicate with diverse groups of people +Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines +Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential customer +Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team +Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
