Responsibilities
1. Calling verified retailers in delhi NCR and converting them to become retailer suppliers for fulfillment of orders in respective pin code by explaining the benefits of 1Tab marketing and logistics support.
2. Responsible for achieving monthly retailers onboarding target, for fulfillment of orders on field in locality for customer and completing transactions.
3. Achieving per day orders target of allocated area and pincode. Demand planning, sharing orders with retailers and fulfillment.
5. Per day productivity would be measured at total orders received per day as per area assigned and average value per order, and orders fulfilled from onboarded retailers
Requirements:
1. Relevant experience of 0.5 to 2 years is desired.
2. Excellent verbal communication skills and writing skills.
3. Highly patient, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure.
4. Should be aware and receptive of mobile apps used for calling and cognizant with calling done through apps like superreceptionist or any other app.
5. Self-starter, an ability to work in a fast growing, challenging start-up work space.
Shift timing- 10 am to 7 pm (which can be modified as & when the need arises),
Strictly 6 day working environment.
