Job description

The tele caller will be expected to not only make outbound calls but to achieve the purpose of making the calls.
The candidate will also ensure to enter the details of the interaction in the system.
Making outbound telephonic calls to prospective leads generated through different source and counsel them for admissions
Handling queries of candidates looking for our courses and providing program information
Convincing the students for enrolment & generating walk-ins for courses Assisting Sr. Counsellor to convert Walk-ins to admissions
