Acquire new clients through tele-caller supported outbound calling and micromarketing activities
To engage regularly with the customers as defined by the contact policy and provide a Consistent & a Superior Digital Experience. Ensuring that customers get world-class services and their needs are understood and met through financial products that the company has to offer.
Handling Inbound calls
Regularly engage with any of the following support teams: service team, product team, credit credit policy team and senior managers/team leaders.
Complete client handling beginning with sourcing and serve as the first point of contact for any client concerns or questions.
Analyze client interests, problems, and potential need for new products and services
Conduct first level risk analysis to understand fitment with policies
Energetic, self-motivated, able to work independent under pressure
