Looking for Tele counselor for HR and Recruitment Support for our company.
Main Job Responsibilities
- Making outgoing calls to applicant and maintaining data accordingly.
- Providing counselling over the telephone, face to face or online etc.
- Working with individuals, families or groups, coordination with seniors.
- Keeping work, data and reports up to dated on daily basis.
- Keeping confidential records and data and updated same to reporting manager on daily weekly and monthly basis.
- Listening to clients' corner, empathizing with them and helping them to meet their requirements before or on time.

- Good listening and communication skills
- Ability to convince applicant and clients
- Ability to work under pressure
