Job Description
Making calls to the customers & manage recovery and collection of outstanding account.
Closely monitor and follow-up overdue accounts & reminding them to about the loan due date , inform them to make payment on time.
Required Candidate profile
- Excellent communication on HINDI mandatory. Apart from that have to be fluent in English & one regional language.
- Anlalysing the day to day customer details whose loan amount to be repaid
- For experience candidates only Calling background is considerable. Other experience will consider as fresher
