1.Handling student queries via Inbound & Outbound Calls, WhatsApp chat, and email
2.Ability to provide information clearly And effectively
3.Attending calls and maintaining student database
4.Responsible for assisting Student and Parents.
5.Regular follow up with Student and Parents
6.Supporting the management by generating leads
