Job Summary
Technical Support Engineers are a very important part of our training
and development cycle. Engineering graduates and professional with
qualification and experience in Electronics, Electronics and telecom,
computer science are preferred for this role. This position typically
involves prototyping, testing, debugging hardware and software developed
and utilized in our training programs as well as industrial projects.
Tech support team provides all kinds of required back end and technical
support to the training as well as the product development team.
Responsibilities and Duties
-Working on electronic hardware - prototyping, testing, debugging
-Working on PCB layouts for tested electronic designs
-Working on mechanical hardware prototyping
-Executing assembly line programming for automation projects
-Providing back end technical support for all company workshops
-Debugging and correcting student made projects during company workshops
-Monitoring and managing hardware supply requirements across the company's training facilities
-Preparing and delivering training content for robotics and automation workshops
