Designation / Role: -Tele Sales
Process: Inbound sales voice (UK)
Work Location: New Delhi
Mode Of Interview: Face 2 Face Interview
Experience: 6 months Min to 4 Years Max (Language : Excellent English, Hindi
Shift: Evening Shift (UK shift Timing 2 pm to 11 pm)
Education Qualification: Any Degree or Diploma (10 +2+3)
Skill Set: Technical Sales (Printer, router, Email, Antivirus) Sales Outbound Call, Dialer Exp, Attrition, Shrinkage, Team Management, People Management,
Minimum 6 months to 5 years of relevant experience in sales
one year in managing a team.
Experience of handling various sales related campaigns.
Good communication skills
Leadership skills
Thorough overall understanding of banking and Billing
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for answering calls politely and professionally from international clients.
• Responsible for providing technical support assistance to UK customer.
• Responsible for troubleshooting the issues related to desktop, laptops, printers, emails, antivirus ,phones and all kind of relevant devices.
• Only PPC calls (Printer, antivirus)
• Prepares call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends and present to Call Center Manager.
• Manage various channels of support Voice, Email, Whatsapp, app etc.
