Your role will include but is not limited to:
- First point of contact for customers with newly installed products and customer complaints
- Providing online and on-site technical support services for Medical Devices, Surgical Lasers, Surgical RF Devices, and High-speed Micro Motors
- Efficiently handling customer complaints
- Technical discussion and sales of spares, accessories and service contracts to existing as well as new customers
- Assisting in dispatch activities
- Documentation involving Installation Reports, Customer Service Requisition Reports and others related to sales and service
This position is for candidates who are:
Dynamic, have excellent technical understanding along with application ability, are strong in relationship building and management.
A Graduate, or Diploma: Engineering/ Electronics/ Instrumentation with 3 to 5 years of work experience.
SALARY:
3,00,000 – 5,00,000 p.a. + incentives
