- Experience in recruiting & staffing with 1-4 Years of relevant experience, process sourcing a candidate from various sources, initial resume review based on requirements, telephonic screening, scheduling interviews and closing feedback loops.
- Familiar with IT requirements and Recruitment process.
- Result oriented and ability to build strong professional relationship.
- Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced environment.
- Should have good convincing and negotiable skills.
