• Solid hands on experience in Microsoft Cloud Solution (Azure/M365)
• Understanding customers’ specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs,
• Design and Implements Cloud Solutions at customer end
• Serve as support for customer tickets and phone calls and troubleshooting accordingly
• Documentation of customer environments and best practices.
• Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications
• Providing support to customers, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible
• Working closely with the Pre-Sales department
• There may be some national/international travel involved depending on the remit of the IT company
• Daily activity and task planning report,Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly review meeting
