Primary requirement:
- Hands on working experience in building products and solutions. Should possess skill to develop product/solution independently.
- Experience in working with large applications, complex enhancements and bugs
- Excellent knowledge in data structures, design patterns and architecture principles
- Full stack development experience and large application development experience.
- Experience in architecting solutions using Open source technologies and/or Java/J2EE.
- Good experience in Micro services, Single page application and DevOps areas.
- Proficient in dealing with all the layers in solution - Multi-channel presentation, business logic in middleware, data access layer.
- Good experience in at least one RDBMS (Oracle/MySQL/SQL Server)
- Ability to introduce and improve Quality practices that ensure zero defects at each delivery.
- Strong experience in Operations such as alerting, monitoring, logging, and health checks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to handle customer and team communication
- Ability to take initiative and be innovative and creative to come up with simple, practical solutions to problems
- Experience on Waterfall and Agile methodologies
