Main Purpose of the Job: <ul><li>Own and manage the MIDAS Technology Landscape. MIDAS is Nestle’s internal analytics solution</li><li>Engage with business users to understand the business use cases and develop robust solutions that are sustainable</li><li>Develop and sustain use cases for MIDAS Business Analytics in the business areas such as BUs, Sales,</li><li>E-Commerce, Supply Chain (Demand Planning, ...), External Benchmark, etc.</li><li>Liase with IT HUB AOA Business Analytics teams, Data Scientists, data owners/providers, local vendors, etc to develop and sustain MIDAS IT Landscape</li><li>Track the technology changes impacting the landscape and manage transitions to the latest state-of-art solutions (Azure Data Factory, Python, Azure Analysis Service, Power BI, SQL developers, Data Warehouse developer, DevOps, etc)</li><li> Manage data governance by defining the data quality standards for cross functional data for MIDAS</li><li>Ensure adherence of data to enterprise business rules and legal, regulatory requirements</li><li>Will lead a team of 7 - 9 specialists including Azure Data Factory, Python, Azure Analysis Service,Power BI and SQL developers (in the future state)</li></ul><div>Key Deliverables: <ul><li>Lead the MIDAS Development and Sustenance organization in IT, which will include internal and external members</li><li>Analysis of new demands/changes from the business and deliver solutions Managing and prioritizing new demands</li><li>Service Management -With the right governance model, should be able to deliver Incident and Request resolution KPIs</li><li>Sustenance Support - Monitoring day to day operations and troubleshoot pipelines and data loads</li><li>Small Enhancements (Change Request)</li></ul>Managing the Budget <ul><li>Monitoring the MIDAS budget - Infrastructure and Support</li><li>Optimize the MIDAS Azure Landscape to control costs</li></ul>Continuous Improvements - Should be adaptive and responsive to changing market dynamics and evolving needs <ul><li>Define the data quality standards for cross functional data that is used in BI/analytics models/reports</li><li>Automation of manual process to improve efficiency</li><li>Create Run books and Root Cause Analysis for faster resolution</li><li>Recalibrating of the existing analytical engine &amp;amp; Optimize data storage</li></ul></div>
