Job description

Interacting with Customers on video, in a professional and friendly manner.
Performing customer service activities and initiatives across product segments.(Training will be provided)
Resolving customer service issues and inquiries and later transitioning to pitching products and services basis customer profile and need analysis.
Connect with HNI customers and resolve their queries
