Candidate should be able to handle a team of 10-15 members
Should have good team handling skill, and should be from Tele-sales background.
Must be a target oriented leader, Acheive the Sales Target,maintain defined Service Level Agreement(SLA), and should have good knowledge on call quality attrition and shrinkage
Must have good hands on Microsoft office tools, and experience on any call center dialer will be an added advantage
Knowledge of share market - Stock broking, Franchisee or B2C business would be an advantage
Driving daily target of the team
Driving the KRA for the team as well as themselves
