Domestic Tele Sales is a key leadership role covering all aspects of our domestic Business Loan sales function, specifically focused at growing
the business both in terms of market share and profitability. Managing and leading a team of Domestics Sales personnel, and working with the Operations teams, they will be responsible for
ensuring their team work to the highest possible standards in sales delivery & customer.
Key responsibilities:
• Provides support and encourage team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or sales skill checks
• Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
• Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members effectively
• Should be a Graduate from a recognised University
• Mandate from Telesales Background, preferably from NBFC/Banking Industry, ability to handle pressure
• Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company processes and procedures
• Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
• Responsibility for training, coaching, development and management of all the Team members, Assisting management with recruitment processes and new team member
training
• Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance,mission-related objectives, and deadlines with the Managers and BU Head
• Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling team sales management and desired business output
• Be actively involved on the phones taking orders, speaking with customers and to demonstrate ‘best in class’ sales and customer service levels to the team.
The Individual - Mandate/Required Candidature:
• Telephone sales and telephone-based sales to services experience is essential
• Experience of supporting the training and development of personnel within a customer services or sales call centre environment is essential
• Experience of Sales Management is highly desirable
• Strong Leadership Skills are highly desirable
• Proficient in MS Office and Google applications,
• Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills are essential
• Strong attention to detail is essential
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently is essential
