Roles and Responsibility
- Mobilising Team for daily wise audit for all functional cities
- Monitor Team performance and ensure individual achievement on daily targets of audits.
- Audit on auditors audited data and ensure quality among the team.
- Report to be shared within given timeline.
- Responsible to escalate fatal issues real time to concern teams.
- Responsible to curb issues numbers by escalating to the concern team,
- Helping team members on their escalations and doubts,
- Work closely with City team to curb SM issues and share insight to help improve MC
- Manage 20 of Auditing team for day to day activities. And ensure 100 percent of productivity.
