Key Responsibly:
* To handle a team of Lead Generation Executive.
* To achieve daily/weekly/monthly performance goals doing Primary and Secondary research in specified industries.
* Daily work allocation, sourcing & management of calling database, handling on call escalations, provide performance feedback.
* Manage escalations and ensure timely and speedy resolution.
* Taking care of team of their daily activities and monitoring them.
* Managing Client Deliveries.
* Report preparation.
