Job description

Manage a team of up to 20 delivery boys
Ensure strict adherence of SOPs by the team
Track attendance and ensure the team is coming on time
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries by closely coordinating with the team
Liaison with customer care team to resolve complaints
Create daily reports as and when necessary
Attend to and solve grievances of the team

Shift Timings:

Chandivali 4.00 am - 1.00 pm
Malad 4.00 am - 1.00 pm
Mira Road 4.00 am - 1.00 pm
Chandivali 12 am - 9 am / 2 pm - 11 am
