Manage 6 to 10 resources on manpower agency payroll on a day to day basis
· Drive productivity (seller launch) numbers, controlling attrition, and managing absenteeism as per the goal sheet
· Ensure a specific predefined HC at all times through proactive hiring as and when required
· Drive training program for new joiners in your team and ensure a quick ramp-up
· Ensure that your team follows the set SOPs and other processes
· Drive acquisition and quality goals (active sellers, compliant sellers) for the area handled by you
· Identify key merchants and ensure that they are acquired and are actively selling on Amazon.in
