Team Lead

• 1-3 years of prior field (FOS) sales experience.
• Candidate should have a B2B Sales Experience.
  
• Should be able to clearly understand the offering and convince the sellers/merchants/stores to work on Amazon.in
• Should be able to understand (and adhere to) the processes and Amazon tools as part of the daily workflow
• Should be competent in basic excel and email skills
• Should be target driven and be able to deliver on goals week on week
• Preferably from FMCG, Telecom, Food Delivery, Ecommerce backgrounds.
• Should not have a history of long employment gaps
• Educational Qualifications: Graduate
