Controlling attrition/sinkage .
Good leadership/supervisory skills.
Create and maintain a strong report.
Good in Team Management
Good in Dialer Knowledge
Good in Data Management.
Good in client coordination
Should aware of H-Lookup, V-Lookup and Pivot Table.
