Responsible for preparing and delivering sales reports to management.
Providing sales team members with tips and training to achieve a competitive edge in their industry.
To assist the sales manager with sales strategy development and implementation.This includes developing strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure the company maintains a strong presence in the industry.
Should have effectively delegate tasks to team members and keep track of sales goals, the team leader needs to be well organised.
