1- Increase Onboarded stores, completing onboarding MOU, KYC, Branding of all new stores. 2- Ensure he increases the participation percentage and active FHD stores / Service garages in designated areas. 3- Oversees the activities of other workers. 4- Hire, train and evaluate new employees. 5- Monitoring his team reaching inspection targets and conversion targets for all assigned accounts. 6- Ensuring regular reconciliation of accounts with the MIS/ finance team. 7- Monitoring team performance metrics and taking corrective actions.
