Job Description (General description of job, issues affecting job functions)

We are seeking an experience Team Lead to join our application development division. You will work with our Agile development team to further improve successful products and solutions, as well as develop the new ones.
Analytix Business Solutions has an opening for a Team Lead in IT team. This person will assume a leading role in implementing innovative and complex solutions to address and fulfil customer requirements. Team lead will be responsible for making sure the team perform their tasks, meet deadlines, make decisions, delegate within the team, and communicate with other stakeholders. This person will involve in research and documenting development/production environments and architecture, develop, and support the tools and processes.

Role (Specific tasks and the role that the person will undertake)

Provides leadership and guidance to a team on developing solutions that work independent or integrate with existing IT systems to satisfy business needs
Create detailed solution & technical architecture diagrams, data models that supports solutions as required to demonstrate and ensure business alignment with proposals
Conducting feasibility studies by evaluating existing systems

Experience (Relevant must have experience)

Worked on n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer)
Developed applications related to .NET Technology , Distributed systems and Service oriented architecture, cloud-based solutions.
Leading a team of developers and providing guidance
Overall Experience - 8+ years
Relevant Experience 6+ years

Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to organize work and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to analyze and learn new technology, concepts, products, and business models quickly and independently, without relying on formal training
Develop appropriately detailed technical specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams
Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency
Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile development methodologies and artifacts
Well-versed with Object Oriented concepts using C# .NET
Sound technical knowledge using Microsoft stack (.Net Core, SQL Server etc.)

Tools & Technology

Programming Language: .NET C#
Framework & Platform: RESTful API, ASP. NET Web Applications, MVC, Entity

Framework

Client-Side Scripting Platform: Angular JS, Angular (preferably 6 or higher),React, jQuery
Familiarity with DevOps concepts, tools, and continuous delivery pipelines - Visual Studio Code, VSTS (TFS), JIRA, Git
Good exposure and strong knowledge of relational database design and development using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and above.
Knowledge of Azure Cloud development/engineering
Agile product management tools such as Jira

Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
Ability to integrate with knowledge workers
Good time-management skills.
Ability to provide direction and motivation in day-to-day project activities.
Ability to mentor junior and mid-level developers.
