We are looking for Teacher Coordinator & Account Manager. Requiring proven leadership skills, you will be responsible for end-to-end processes for teacher on-boarding, account & class schedule management, and relationship building. You will also be responsible for the online execution of classes & business development.
Job Responsibilities:
Ø Understanding the category in depth, and how teachers are hired in the same
Ø Teacher on-boarding, training and quality control
Ø Creative local marketing strategies and teacher growth campaigns
Ø Working with the product team to create a great user experience for that category
Ø Hustle and get things done attitude
Ø Manage local regulatory concerns
Ø Continue to grow revenues and onboard teachers
Requirements:
2+ years of consulting, sales & marketing, operations management experience
Strong analytical skills and a data driven decision making mentality
Demonstrated leadership of teams and projects
Super organized and a logical thinker
