<ul><li>Responsible for both finance and accounts function</li><li>Review the financial schemes</li><li>Work out the options as how the various taxes can be saved for the Company</li><li>Ensure Statutory audits are done timely</li><li>Work out on the costing of the products and overall costing of the expense</li><li>Balance Sheet drafting and finalization with Chartered Accountant and Management Quarterly and Yearly</li><li>Cash Flow Management - on weekly basis</li><li>Ensure Monthly provisional profit and loss statement is made</li><li>Ensure Concurrent auditing</li><li>Ensure that the bank guarantees are submitted back and the money deposited is collected</li><li>Ensure that all the statutory returns are filed on time including IT, ROC, Sales Tax and any others as levied by GOI from time to time</li><li>Appraise the management with the changes in the budgets / Tax structures and make the necessary changes accordingy</li><li>Prepare the trend charts for the expenses and highlight the deviations and propose necessary actions</li><li>Update the data on value realized for sale target achievement on a weekly basis</li></ul>
