Roles and Responsibilities
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using recruitment platforms, social media etc.
Screen resumes and job applications as per requirement for the role - skill, qualification, experience, salary etc.
Conducting preliminary interview and filtering candidates for the next steps in the selection process
Coordination for interview process with candidate and hiring manager/business HR manager
Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process till joining
Successfully closing allotted positions within set timeline as per quality parameters
Promoting HDFC Life as a ‘best place to work’
Candidate requirement
Minimum qualification required - Graduation
Should posses strong communication, networking, interpersonal and decision making skills
Candidates with prior recruitment experience in sales, tech, operations or support can apply
Candidates with experience in Life insurance sales or in training for Life insurance sales, open to exploring recruitment as a career option are also welcome to apply
Experience for hiring in life insurance and volume hiring will be an added advantage
