Roles and Responsibilities

 Sourcing and attracting candidates by using recruitment platforms, social media etc.

 Screen resumes and job applications as per requirement for the role - skill, qualification, experience, salary etc.

 Conducting preliminary interview and filtering candidates for the next steps in the selection process

 Coordination for interview process with candidate and hiring manager/business HR manager

 Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process till joining

 Successfully closing allotted positions within set timeline as per quality parameters

 Promoting HDFC Life as a ‘best place to work’

Candidate requirement

 Minimum qualification required - Graduation

 Should posses strong communication, networking, interpersonal and decision making skills

 Candidates with prior recruitment experience in sales, tech, operations or support can apply

 Candidates with experience in Life insurance sales or in training for Life insurance sales, open to exploring recruitment as a career option are also welcome to apply

 Experience for hiring in life insurance and volume hiring will be an added advantage
